 SR-FIX Work Cell

Sigma Robotics SR-FIX standard work cell is a single robotic cell that is configured with a 2’ x 4’ (610mm X 1220mm) table. The worktable size can be modified based on a customer’s needs. We usually use FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots; or ABB 1600 or 2600 robots.

The work cell is fully enclosed with an automatic door system, HMI touchscreen, e-stop, safety light curtain integrated.

SR-500T Work Cell

Sigma Robotics SR-500T standard work cell with a single robot and a 500 kg payload dual-sided turntable. A single robotic cell that configured with a 24” OD (610mm) round turntable integrated as 7th axis. The worktable size can be modified based on the customer’s needs. We usually use FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots, ABB 1600 or 2600 robots.

The work cell is fully enclosed with an automatic door system, HMI touchscreen, e-stop, safety light curtain integrated for safety.

SR-750T Work Cell

Sigma Robotics SR-750T standard work cell with a single robot and a 750 kg payload dual-sided turntable. A single robotic cell that configured with a 48” OD (1220mm) round dual-sided turntable integrated as 7th axis. The worktable size can be modified based on the customer’s needs. We usually use FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots, ABB 1600 or 2600 robots.

The work cell is fully enclosed with an automatic door system, HMI touchscreen, e-stop, safety light curtain integrated for safety.

SR-1000T Work Cell

Sigma Robotics SR-1000T standard work cell with a single robot and a 1,000 kg payload dual-sided turntable. A single robotic cell that configured with a 96” OD (2440mm) round turntable integrated as 7th axis. The worktable size can be modified based on the customer’s needs. We usually use FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots, ABB 1600, 2600, or 4600 robots.

SR-P500-2400 Work Cell

Sigma Robotics SR-P1000-3000 w/ 1,000 kg payload & 10 foot (3,000mm) wide positioner, SR-P1000-2400 w/ 1,000 kg payload & 8 foot (2,400mm) wide dual-sided positioner. The positioner size can be modified based on the customer’s needs. We usually use FANUC Arc Mate, M10, or M20 robots, ABB 1600, 2600, or 4600 model robots.
